Yuri Glukhovskiy -- Managing Partner
Yuri has started his career working in the restaurant as a busboy and a delivery boy. Within 2 years he was promoted to a sandwich man, then a short order cook and, finally, a shift manager. At the age of 18, he has purchased a restaurant on the brink of bankruptcy. Within a year, he was able to turn the business around by using unique marketing techniques and letting his customers create a menu that they would like to see. The restaurant was sold for triple of what it was bought for.
After the restaurant career, came Real Estate. Yuri has been a successful Real Estate investor for the past 8 years. He has been able to use his skill in finding perfect deals and use it to find Real Estate deals within the State of New York where he resides, and outside.

Carla M. Johnson -- Managing Partner
Carla brings over 10 years of construction and Real Estate experience. With the great ability to negotiate contracts, she is able to deliver deals others can't.
Carla's construction expertise help her in evaluating the best deal for the money and fight hard to make sure the buyer is not cheated, while the seller receives a fair and decent offer.
Carla is ready to use her negotiating skills to help you obtain or sell the house for the right price.
